    Sharon Nudera Sycamore Excellent! Courteous! They took their shoes off and put booties on, they protected my walls/corners. All the stains were removed. Clean USA is a little pricier than Stanley Steamers, but FAR BETTER SERVICE. They really took their time with slow strokes that cleaned beyond what the other company did. Clean USA took about 1-1/2 hours for my living room, hall and stairs. Stanley Steamers did all of the above plus 3 bedrooms in 50 minutes. Clean USA also left me with a bottle of their spot remover, and they left fans to help dry the carpets. The technicians also gave me a guaranteed quote for my cleaning next year! I will use the services of Clean USA again, and will recommend them to others (as they were highly recommended to me by a co-worker). There is nothing this company could do to improve their service!     Joseph Hudson St Louis The technician arrived on time he advised the personhe was talking to that the house was so severly contaminated with mold that it was making her and her family sick and that was the reason that her ducts need to be cleaned immediately but he was talking to the tenant's friend and tried and not the tenant or the owner. She immediately called the tenant who called me. Once he found out that he was not going to get the amount he wanted she referred him to me. He then wanted to talk a deal to do all the rental properties for a lower cost. I asked him to just do an estimate and leave it with the friend. Upon picking up the receiot, I find that not only did he clean the ducts, that he had advied he could not be cleaned, he had not marked that he had found mold or even a speck of dust. I want to believe that he thought he was going to get extra a female client, fudge his books or get extra work of the books. Whatever the case, he convince my tenant that we were the cause of her and her family's health problems. I plan to seek council to find out what my options are. Quality of work:

I called back, a different technician came out, and he arrived early, and I was VERY happy about that!!! I also loved how soft my carpet was and how there was NO ODOR!! And I was able to walk on it that same day. This is the first time I have used a service company, but my parents have, and their company put the hoses across the front lawn and burnt the grass. Clean USA didn't do that, your technicians didn't disturb anything! I also loved the ladies answering the phones. One of the women gave me tips on cleaning--use hot water and vinegar, she didn't try to sell me anything or make me feel bad about using expensive over the counter products.
