    Lee Hill Anchorage Excellent Have 3 cats-cat hair was vacuumed up first very well. Cat stains (vomitting) were removed. A couple of years ago brow spots appeared after cleaning. We did offer three times to re-clean and give him a refund afterwards if he was still unhappy. I did hang up on him when he was rude and obnoxious.     Guy Kelley Eagle River I had The Carpet Man clean my carpets on two previous occasions, and they did a really good job. However, on the third occasion when I had them come to clean my carpets, the representative told me as they had before, some of the stains might not be removed. I accepted this disclaimer and signed the receipt so he could proceed to clean the carpets. The following day after the carpets had dried I inspected the areas where my infant son had thrown up. Expecting the stains to have probably remained, I was dismayed to find that the vomit smell remained. Upon calling The Carpet Man customer service, I was eventually, after four days, forwarded to the owner, Jeremy Hongsio. After I explained to Jeremy that I had left for training and that I would not be able to open my house for cleaning again until I returned a year later after all of my officer training, and that I preferred to have a refund as per their guarantee, he proceeded to imply that my intention was to never pay for the cleaning. I explained to him that this was not the case as he could see with my previous two previous cleanings from him. After he reviewed my customer history and verified (which I believe he should have done before making such an accusation or implication), he then made the suggestion that I send him a copy of a key to my house so that he could have one of his representatives clean my house again. I told him that that request was absolutely unreasonable due to the fact that I would have no way to ensure that one of his representatives could potentially make a copy of the key which would put my family at risk. He replied that the was an extreme scenario. I told him that it wasn't a risk a was willing to take, and that I would, again, like a refund. He told me that he would only give me a refund after he had a chance to clean the carpets again. I told him that that was, again, not feasible with my situation, and then he hung up on me. In conclusion, I felt the owner's attitude was completely unprofessional, and that his suggestions for solving the situation were completely unethical. I am not happy with The Carpet Man company's service, and I would not recommend their services to others. Moreover, it is very unfortunate that a business would treat a service member that has risked his life overseas with such a lack of understanding. Quality of work:
