    Andrew Payne Midlothian I gave 4 stars to only two categories: quality of work and adherence to cost. There is a spot that the workers did not seem to be able to remove. I don't know if that is the nature of the spot or other. They did notice the spot, but did attempt to retreat. I did not really know how much it was going to cost me going into the visit, so I cannot evaluate if they stuck with their cost estimate or not. HOWEVER, I am not worried about the cost, or the one spot. If those were big issues, I wouldn't ask them to come back about every 6 months. I am VERY pleased with the work they do and fully intend on using them again in the future. Quality of work:

    M. D. Rachel Red Oak The owner came to our house prior to cleaning our carpet and thorougly explained what would be done and the cost of the job. He made some minor repairs to our carpet. His workers arrived in a timely manner. The workers performed each task in a professional manner. Our carpet was cleaned and some stains were removed. EXCEPT for Tower Carpet, they promise they could get the job done and they did. Tower Carpet took the time to explain the process over the phone before they ever came out. The technician that came to the house was so professional and so nice. Tower even called a week later to see if I was satisfied. Let me say this...Stanley Carpet Cleaner came out about 5 weeks earlier and i thought my carpet was ruin (1st time i had it cleaned) it started turning black...Tower carpet came out and had nothing negative to say about Stanley, but said they would get it cleaned...it may take a second time, but they guarntee me they would get it cleaned (back to normal)...they did the first time....it looked GREAT and still looks GREAT. I'm so thankful to Tower Carpet Services...i was so worried my carpet had been ruin....when I called Stanly back...they could care less about me as a customer. I will recommend Tower Carpet to all my family and friends and will use them for all my carpet and other cleaning. 110% recommended Quality of work:

Each time we have used Tower, we were guarenteed that they would come back to reclean any resurfaced spots if we called, but we have never had to do so.     Becky Sentz Midlothian Mr. Don Howerton came to clean my carpets. He was polite, moved furniture, on time, and an all around nice guy. We had just finished some remodeling, and the carpets were in bad shape. Don worked several hours and did everything I asked him to do. When he was finished the carpet looked new. I haven't seen them look so good in a very lone time. The previous company Compton Carpet Cleaners, when they left my carpets were marked,up from the attachment, not clean, did not spend much time. When I called to complain, I was told that they used the best equipment and my carpets were old and not much they could do for me.
