I wanted to drop you an email to acknowledge how incredibly pleased we were with the job you did cleaning our carpet this month. When we scheduled the appointment, we were seriously contemplating replacement of our living room carpet due to the extreme nature and abundance of stains. This would have been a significant investment for us. Obviously, two active dogs and creme colored plush carpeting are not an ideal combination. Never did we think the carpets would turn out as beautifully as they did. You essentially took a 20+ year old heavily soilded carpet and made it took and feel like new. Not sure how yu pulled it off, but we coudn't be more satisfied.

We used to have another carpet cleaning service to clean our carpet. We used them twice and then while talking to my neighbor, who used Soft Touch and I was asking about the procedures and she highly recommend Soft Touch. So I took her advice and made an appointment after Thanksgiving in 2008. We had you clean our living room, bedroom, computer room and basement stairway. There were some pretty nasty stains on the steps and landing. All the areas cleaned up perfectly. We used Soft Touch again this year and we are thoroughly satisfied. Booties are worned the whole time and great care is taken to protect anything needed to be covered. You even go the extra mile to advise and answer questions about the care of our carpeting. Air Duct Cleaning—“Workers do a good job. We were having sore and dry throats related to the dust in the pipes. We were happy to have the pipes cleaned. My sore throat went away in a couple of days. Went to the doctor and was given medication for the dry throat. But after cleaning the pipes a difference was noticed the first night. The techs knew I had just redecorated with new carpet in the main area of my house, new paint, etc. and were very careful with their hoses, tracking in, etc. They even used corner protectors to protect baseboards and corner drywall when extending hoses. My old carpets now don't have to be ashamed to live with the new areas of carpet. Randy patiently took the time to give me a lesson on fibers, carpet wear, etc. before beginning. Also, you got old stains of unknown origin out of my son's bedroom carpet. They even stayed longer than planned, since I added a lot of carpet to be done."
I decided at the last minute after Randy got here to clean my furniture - am I glad I did! The colors are so much brighter and my 10 year old ottoman looks like new!

Very good! You removed 3 stains and gum from carpet. Our carpet looks like new again and our carpet is very light in color, so stains are easy to see. I valued the leather bag- used almost daily for caring items for our own business. I was hopeful the stains and glue would be removed and they were. Also over all clean feel of carpet would be restored and it was. |
