The carpets came out very well; nice and clean and fresh. It's a pleasure to get a "fresh start" with the floors. The cleaners were pleasant, punctual, very easy to work with, highly recommended. I couldn't be happier to recommend Carlan Cleaners. I have a very good sofa that I inherited from my father, but it was horribly stained. The cleaner that my father used to clean it said it was "impossible" to get the stains out, so when I hired Carl to clean my carpets and the sofa, I told him not to bother with the stains; I just wanted him to get the cat hairs and dander out; when I could afford to, I would have it reupholstered. When Carl said "I'll see what I can do" I was afraid he would be wasting his time and my money so I reiterated that he shouldn't worry about the stains. Nevertheless when I returned home I found a beautifully cleaned sofa. I really couldn't believe it! And, although Carl's co-worker spent 3 hours on the sofa alone, they didn't charge me a dime extra. It's a pleasure to do business with an honest, kind and highly COMPETENT professional such as Carl McKenzie.
