| Dear Randy, I wanted to drop you an email to acknowledge how incredibly pleased we were with the job you did cleaning our carpet this month. When we scheduled the appointment, we were seriously contemplating replacement of our living room carpet due to the extreme nature and abundance of stains. This would have been a significant investment for us. Obviously, two active dogs and creme colored plush carpeting are not an ideal combination. Never did we think the carpets would turn out as beautifully as they did. You essentially took a 20+ year old heavily soilded carpet and made it took and feel like new. Not sure how yu pulled it off, but we coudn't be more satisfied. From start to inish, we had a very positive experience with your company, from our first telephone contact, to the ceaning appointment, to the follow up after the job was complete. We also apprecieated the pre and post cleaning details ( basebosrd vacuuming, moving furniture, etc.) as well as then carpet care literature you left behind. Thank you also for the generous gift bag, which was a nice yet unexexpected touch. Yours was a very comprehensive set of services, delivered with the utmost professionalism. | We used to have another carpet cleaning service to clean our carpet. We used them twice and then while talking to my neighbor, who used Soft Touch and I was asking about the procedures and she highly recommend Soft Touch. So I took her advice and made an appointment after Thanksgiving in 2008. We had you clean our living room, bedroom, computer room and basement stairway. There were some pretty nasty stains on the steps and landing. All the areas cleaned up perfectly. We used Soft Touch again this year and we are thoroughly satisfied. Booties are worned the whole time and great care is taken to protect anything needed to be covered. You even go the extra mile to advise and answer questions about the care of our carpeting.
