| I was very impressed with the services that Atlas Carpet provided. I had some terrible pet stains and they were removed and have not come back in 3 months since the carpets were cleaned. Aside from doing a great job cleaning, Jason and staff were very professional, and respectful of my home. I felt educated as well after, as far as what to do with spots, how often I should have my carpets cleaned, as well as the proper way to vacuum. | Under your "Make-A-Wish Foundation" promotion, you cleaned an area "cleaned" by another company one week earlier. Their work had made no difference, between before and after their cleaning and upon complaining, (they) claimed they could do no more. "It wasn't dirt. It was damaged carpet".
